Skrol vs. Google Contacts

Skrol is a chock-full of practical functions — more than in any similar app. But they aren't there at the ease-of-use expense. In fact, you'll find Skrol easier to use than the barebone Contacts app on your Android phone. Here are the main differences:

Please note that Skrol and the built-in Google Contacts app use the same contacts database, so any changes that you make inside Skrol are automatically updated inside the Google Contacts and vice versa. 

Additionally, Skrol and the Google Contacts can run at the same time. This way, you may continue using the Google Contacts for routine tasks as before but rely on Skrol to better organize contacts and for all other advanced tasks and functions, such as personalized mail merge or digital business cards.

Another great way to take advantage of running both apps at the same time is to use the Google Contacts for your personal address book (account) and Skrol for a work-related address book(s).
