Skrol’s pricing reflects the complexity of delivering, deploying, and supporting a multi-user, cross-platform contact-management system within the executive office of a large or midsize company. In addition to its core contact-management functions, Skrol provides curated contact information for accurate scheduling, personalized communication, travel and contingency planning, preparation for emergencies, and other functions essential to the performance of senior executives and their staff.
To deliver these services beyond the limitations of consumer contact apps, in-house custom solutions, and CRM systems, the Skrol platform is built around three classes of users: a principal, platform managers, and authorized users:
New clients may begin with an optional 90-day paid trial deployment for two designated users, typically the principal and one platform manager. Customers may also proceed directly to the standard 6-user package. After the trial is completed, or sooner if the account is ready, additional platform managers and authorized users can be added to support the principal.
The table below summarizes the pricing, deployment scope, and support terms of the paid trial and executive package. Larger deployments are quoted separately based on user count, integration requirements, hosting preferences, and the required levels of onboarding, training, and support.
Enterprise packages are available for 20-, 50-, 100-, 500-, and 1,000-plus user deployments with escalating discounts.
