The Skrol web platform is available in three editions. Each edition includes an annual master license for the indicated number of users. Each user gets a web app and a mobile app for iPhone or Android along with the corresponding level of support and onboarding described below.
The Skrol/SE edition is available for purchase immediately. You can reserve Skrol/SP and Skrol/SB free of charge. We will notify you as soon as they become available. The iPhone and Android apps can be downloaded free of charge from their respective app stores. They require an activation code, which is provided with the purchase of the master license.
The three Skrol editions are designed for different users, organizational needs, and levels of system connectivity. The descriptions below will help you choose the appropriate edition.
Besides the number of users, the differences between editions are limited to contact capacity, business-system connectivity, delegated access, onboarding, support, and deployment requirements.
Each Skrol account has a designated administrator, typically the person who purchases the master license and completes onboarding. The administrator manages the account through the Skrol management console, including adding or removing authorized users, assigning sublicenses, and maintaining account-level settings and permissions. The administrator is also responsible for introducing additional users to Skrol and training them in the workflows and functions relevant to their roles.
Onboarding is a guided remote setup process that prepares your Skrol account for day-to-day use. It includes account configuration, connection of supported contact sources, installation and activation of the web and mobile apps, setup of delegated access where applicable, and verification that your contacts are syncing correctly.
During onboarding, we guide you through the setup but do not have access to your contact data. Your contacts remain within your connected accounts and devices and are accessed by Skrol only through the permissions you authorize.
We also walk you through the essential Skrol functions, explain the recommended workflow for maintaining contacts, and resolve any setup questions before onboarding is considered complete. For most accounts, onboarding takes approximately two hours.
Before onboarding, please have access to the Apple, Google, Microsoft, CRM, or other accounts you plan to connect to Skrol, as well as the iPhone or Android devices that will run the mobile app. The executive assistant, administrator, or other person who will manage the Skrol account should participate in the onboarding session so the account, permissions, and connected sources can be configured correctly.
Additional sublicenses may be added through the Skrol management console by the account administrator, typically the person who purchased the master license and completed onboarding.
Sublicenses added during an existing annual billing period are billed on a prorated basis through the end of that billing period.
Additional users do not require separate onboarding because the account, connected data sources, permissions, and application settings have already been configured during the original onboarding process. Training of additional users is the responsibility of the designated administrator.
Skrol licenses are billed annually and renew automatically at the end of each annual term. Your payment method on file will be charged for the next year on the renewal date at the then-current subscription price.
During the first subscription year, you may cancel for a full refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period following completion of onboarding. After that period, first-year subscription fees are nonrefundable and are not eligible for prorated cancellation.
Beginning with the second subscription year, you may cancel at any time. The unused portion of the current annual subscription will be refunded on a prorated basis. Automatic renewal may also be canceled at any time before the next renewal date.
We will notify you 30 days before your annual renewal date. If you cancel Skrol, all contact information remains intact in its original data sources and remains yours. You simply lose access to Skrol and its contact-management functions.
All contacts managed by Skrol remain in their original databases and remain instantly accessible to other authorized apps and users. We do not upload, mirror, scan, store, analyze, or back up your master contact data on our servers.
Skrol staff, including programmers, technicians, account executives, and management, have no backdoor access to your contact data. User authentication and account access are controlled through Okta/Auth0 and the respective data providers connected to your account.
Skrol does not maintain administrator credentials that allow our staff to bypass those controls or open your contact databases independently. Access to each connected source is governed by the permissions granted by the account owner and enforced by the underlying provider.
As a result, our staff can assist with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and account administration without being able to view or retrieve the contact data stored in your connected systems.
All Skrol applications, tools, and utilities have completed the applicable review and approval processes required by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store.
Skrol is a U.S.-based company incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Northern New Jersey. The company has not received funding from foreign governments, state-controlled entities, or investment funds affiliated with foreign governments.
Skrol does not use artificial intelligence to store, manage, classify, analyze, or process your contact data. Limited AI functionality is used only for specific tasks involving external public information, such as translation and data parsing, and is provided exclusively through Google Gemini services running on Google Cloud Platform. No customer contact data or master data is uploaded or transmitted to Gemini or any other AI service.
If you are not satisfied with Skrol for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days after completing onboarding. The guarantee is unconditional and does not require you to provide a reason for cancellation.
If you are considering Skrol/SE for your organization, you can schedule a live remote demonstration with our team before purchasing. We will walk you through the web and mobile apps, show how Skrol connects to supported enterprise contact sources, explain delegated access and account administration, and answer questions about deployment, licensing, onboarding, and support.
Alternatively, you can explore the information available throughout this website and watch our video demonstrations, which cover the principal features, workflows, and capabilities of the Skrol web and mobile applications. These resources are designed to let you evaluate how Skrol works at your own pace before deciding whether a live demonstration is necessary.
Please use the scheduling calendar below to select a convenient date and time. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive the meeting details by email.
